Health Guarantee Coverage
We guarantee that all parrots sold by Exotic Parrot Aviary are in good health at the time of sale and shipment.
Customers are encouraged to have their new bird examined by a licensed avian veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.
If a licensed avian veterinarian determines that the bird has a serious pre-existing health condition that existed prior to delivery, customers must notify us immediately and provide written veterinary documentation.
What Is Covered
This guarantee may cover:

- Conditions verified by a licensed avian veterinarian that existed before the bird left our aviary

What Is Not Covered

- Exposure to other birds or animals
- Environmental factors
- Routine veterinary expenses
- Behavioral issues or training concerns
Customer Responsibilities
To maintain the validity of this guarantee, customers must:
- Provide proper housing and care.
- Supply a healthy and appropriate diet.
- Ensure access to clean water.
- Follow all recommended care instructions.
- Seek veterinary attention when necessary.
- Schedule a wellness examination within the required timeframe.
Failure to provide proper care may void this guarantee.
Veterinary Documentation
If a health concern arises, customers must provide:
- Written diagnosis from a licensed avian veterinarian
- Veterinary examination records
- Supporting documentation and treatment recommendations
We reserve the right to request additional information before determining eligibility under this guarantee.
Limitation of Liability
