Live Animal Sales
Due to the nature of live animal sales, all parrot purchases are generally considered final once the bird has been delivered or collected.
We take great care to ensure that every parrot is healthy and in good condition before leaving our aviary. Each bird undergoes health monitoring and receives appropriate care prior to placement.
Health Guarantee
We provide a health guarantee on all parrots sold through our aviary.
If your parrot is found to have a serious pre-existing health condition within the guarantee period and the condition is confirmed by a licensed avian veterinarian, please contact us immediately with supporting veterinary documentation.
Upon review, we may offer one of the following remedies at our sole discretion:
- Replacement bird of comparable value
- Store credit
- Partial or full refund where appropriate
The health guarantee does not cover illnesses, injuries, or conditions resulting from improper care, accidents, neglect, poor diet, environmental stress, or failure to follow recommended care instructions after delivery.
Fertile Parrot Eggs
Due to factors beyond our control, including incubation methods, equipment, handling, temperature, humidity, and breeder experience, we cannot guarantee hatch rates on fertile parrot eggs.
For this reason:
- Fertile egg sales are non-refundable.
- No returns are accepted on eggs once shipped.
- Customers assume responsibility for proper incubation and handling.
If eggs arrive visibly damaged during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and contents.
Returns
For the safety and welfare of our birds, we generally do not accept returns of live parrots.
However, in exceptional circumstances, we may agree to accept a bird back if prior arrangements are made with our team. Any return request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping fees and related expenses are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment or pickup arrangements are finalized.
If a cancellation is approved:
- A refund may be issued minus any applicable administrative, veterinary, reservation, or processing costs already incurred.
- Custom orders or special requests may not be eligible for cancellation.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Airline restrictions
- Carrier disruptions
- Government regulations
- Events beyond our reasonable control
We will work closely with customers to reschedule shipments when necessary.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate shipping and contact information.
- Ensuring that ownership of parrots is legal in their area.
- Preparing an appropriate environment for their new bird.
- Following all care and feeding recommendations provided by our aviary.
